Reconnecting Youths Without Diplomas

Portland YouthBuilders is one of nearly 300 YouthBuild programs nationwide, which are all members of the organization YouthBuild USA. YouthBuild USA's president and founder, Dorothy Stoneman, recently had a piece published in the journal Youth Today about the importance on engaging young people who have dropped out of high school.
