Since we wrapped up construction on our first LEED certified homes a couple of months ago, we've been waiting for the paperwork to go through so our students can start work on our next jobsite. In the meantime, they've been putting in a lot of work at a Habitat for Humanity site that is about a mile away from our main building.
When completed, the Lents Landing development will contain nine Habitat for Humanity homes. PYB students have framed five of those houses and just finished putting up siding on one house. More siding and interior finish work is slated for the coming weeks.
